Refund policy

Thank you for supporting our mom-and-daughter shop!
We take pride in creating custom greeting cards and party decorations made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our items are handmade and personalized, please review our return and refund policy below.


Custom & Personalized Orders

  • All custom or personalized items are non-refundable once the design has been approved or production has begun.

  • If there is an error on our part (misspelling, wrong design, damaged item), we will gladly replace or remake the item at no cost to you.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or not as expected:

  1. Contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery (choose your timeframe).

  2. Provide a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
    We will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.


Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be available if production has started—especially for custom items.


Digital Items (If Applicable)

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, no refunds will be issued once the file has been delivered.
